Believe in yourself that, you can pass the set distance and thus, you can increase your confidence to have a better result in the final round.
Carry water or fluids while running
In most cases, the organization who organize the marathon provides fluids to run a long distance. In case, your free water or fluid is finished, then what’ll you do? So, it’s better to carry your own water on race day even on the practice session, buy a hydration pack or belt for the marathon. It’s better to run with these during a practice session for adjustment.
